as you've heard by now, my favorite genres of music include: vocaloid, lots of japanese music, video game soundtracks, and a lot of independent artists! i can't type out every single genre of music i listen to (it's a lot), but i lean towards liking more niche things (ﾟωﾟ；) i'll probably be updating this as i find more music i like!

相対性理論 (soutaiseiriron) is currently one of my favorite bands! 地獄先生 (hell teacher) is my favorite song from them, as well as 気になるあの娘 (that girl on my mind) and you&idol. their songs have a very unique post-rock/j-rock feel to them and the lead singer, やくしまる えつこ (etsuko yakushimaru), has a very soft and dreamy voice which i personally really really like （*＾＾*) i'm also currently learning hell teacher on guitar （´∀`）

神聖かまってちゃん (shinsei kamattechan) is the band i'm currently obsessed with! their music is so unique in terms of talking about mental illness and dark subjects without restriction (´͈ ᵕ `͈ ）i've personally found that their music helps me a lot when i feel sad, and my favorite song from them currently is "グロイ花 (gore flower)" and "るるちゃんの自殺配信 (ruru-chan's suicide show on a livestream)!" they also made the op for the fourth season of attack on titan, "僕の戦争 (my war)," so please go check them out!

i can't believe i haven't talked about jack stauber's micropop!! i've been listening since early 2021 and my favorite favorite favorite song is "today today" (❁´◡`❁) jack stauber's music and art is just so unique and nostalgic, i love the feeling i get whenever i listen to his music! if you like weirdcore/dreamcore music (chances are you'll probably know him cause he's pretty popular) you should 100% check him out. my recommendations are: "dinner is not over," "al dente," "coffee," and "peppermint." OH AND YOU CAN'T FORGET NURPO NURPO IS THE MOST IMPORTANT BECAUSE HE EATS THE COINS UNDER YOUR COUCH AND TRANSFORMS IT INTO DOPAMINE NURPO IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!!

i've been listening to vocaloid for a whiiiile now, and there's so much i like i don't even know where to start ( ✧Д✧) a few of my favorite vocaloid artists are: kikuo, oster project, iyowa, mochiutsune, sasakure.uk, siinamota, wowaka, and dennokop just to name a few!

elita is a small(ish) artist i've been listening to since 2020. i love most, if not all of her music (ෆ˙ᵕ˙ෆ)♡ she also sells clothes and jewlery which i thought was very cool! her songs are very dreamcore/alt-rock, my absolute favorite songs by her are: introverted, hypochondriac, agoraphobia, say no, sour switchblade, summer song, and sober. i was going to go to one of her concerts but she had to cancel last minute because of personal issues which i was extremely sad about (;_;) but she's doing better now so that's all that matters ^^

ずっと真夜中でいいのに。(Zutto Mayonaka De Iinoni. or ZUTOMAYO for short) was one of my first introductions into japanese music!! i've been listening to their songs since 2019-2020 and my favorites are "秒針を噛む (Bite the Second Hand)," "ハゼ馳せる果てるまで (Until the End)," "脳裏上のクラッカー (Cracker on the Back of my Mind)," "勘ぐれい (Hunch Grey)," and "ばかじゃないのに (Stay Foolish)." All of their songs are quite energetic and i personally love them a lot!!! please please please listen to one of my recommended songs they're all so fucking good ヽ(>∀<☆)ノ

i'm also a huge fan of breakcore! my favorite breakcore artist at the moment is rory in early 20s. most of her discography is breakcore although sometimes she makes slower songs. my favorite songs by her are: various types of ads, used to it, yaderi, and anata no usui himei!
